Warren Byrd $75,000 for breach of contract and $25,000 for fraud. Mason and Dixon filed a motion for a judgment notwithstanding
the verdict or, in the alternative, for a new trial. The trial court denied the motion and Mason and Dixon appealed. We affirm.
